“Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena: Implications on National Security, Public Safety, and Government Transparency.” The witnesses were Ryan Graves (Americans for Safe Aerospace), David Grusch (former NRO representative to the UAP Task Force) and Cdr. David Fravor (Ret.). Grusch’s claims about crash-retrieval programs drove the later debate.
