SUMMARY. Three cases, ordered from most to least out-there: a triangle zipping past an airliner over Utah, a “near-miss” at the Space Station, and a green fireball over Vietnam. The strongest evidence comes last. The weakest looks like an out-of-focus speck.

WITNESS STATEMENT. An airline passenger, about 30 minutes from landing in Las Vegas, describes “a dark triangle-like craft with several small lights” that passed “at a speed unlike anything I have seen before.” Tap the black bars to declassify.

THE BORING EXPLANATION: Lights of other aircraft seen at night from a moving airliner can look impossibly fast, and window reflections do the rest. The full file grades every claim, case by case.
