1. The Green Light That Dropped Into the River Tay (UFO/UAP)

• Aaron O’Hare of Newport-on-Tay told The Courier that on 28 October he watched a bright, flashing green object over the River Tay for about six minutes.
• Grades: A Fife man filmed a green flashing light over the Tay on 28 Oct: CONFIRMED; The object moved near the rigs, climbed, then entered the water: UNVERIFIED; It was a craft of unknown origin: UNVERIFIED
• Mundane explanation: A drone carrying a green LED is the best fit: it can hover, reverse, climb straight up and drop low over water, and from across a wide estuary the light seems to “enter” the river when it actually goes behind the far shoreline.
